Job Description GPAC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Office Manager/Accountant for a growing company in the Manitou Springs area. This role is perfect for a professional with experience in the construction industry, specifically in civil or commercial construction, and proficiency in QuickBooks.

Key Responsibilities: Manage basic accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and general bookkeeping. Handle general administrative and front office duties as assigned.

Support the smooth operation of the office with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications: Must have 4 years of office management and accounting experience. Must have experience with QuickBooks.

Must have experience in the construction industry, preferably within civil or commercial construction. A degree is not required but is highly preferred. Benefits: Competitive salary ranging from $80k to $100k DOE.
