While your job duties may fluctuate day to day, here are some areas we expect to see you proficient in: Managing CMT services and running the materials testing department Business Development and consulting engineering Leading well, being a team builder, and making decisions skillfully Project management, proposal and report review and preparation Overseeing quality control, report review, and management of projects Managing a profitable P&L Mentoring and managing junior and senior field and laboratory staff Working on CMT field and laboratory projects Working on geotechnical engineering assignments What We're Looking For BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited university; MS in Civil Engineering preferred 8 - 10 years of experience in CMT services and geotechnical engineering in the local market Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain one within three months Who We Are Founded in 1988, Engineering Consulting Services (ECS) is a leader in geotechnical, construction materials, environmental, and facilities engineering. You put your construction materials testing expertise to use by performing field and laboratory tests on soils and concrete.
