Highland Roofing is committed to performing high quality commercial roof installations and repairs at a fair price to our customers. We're looking for someone to join our team who can assist our construction managers with ensuring job sites are running smoothly with the proper materials. Main responsibilities include:

  • At job sites - organize materials, purchase/deliver materials, clean up job sites at project close.

  • Inventory excess production inventory at our warehouse and utilize/distribute as appropriate.

  • Maintain tools and small equipment items.


  • At least 21 years of age

  • Roofing or construction experience preferred but not required

  • Previous experience operating a forklift and dump truck (no CDL required)

  • Knowledge of small engine repair

  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and a drug test. Must maintain a clean driving record.

  • Ability to climb ladders, walk on roofs, lift and carry materials over 75lbs

  • Ability to safely work at heights above 6 feet

  • Ability to work strenuously (bending, lifting, stooping) throughout the day in all-weather environments

  • Working knowledge of basic math skills for material calculations

  • Open availability Monday through Friday with the possibility of working weekends and on-call as business needs determine
