About the job Construction Managers , Permanent Position: Construction Manager Our Client, a leading construction company in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join their team. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from conception to completion

• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks

• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors

• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes

• Review and approve project budgets, change orders, and invoices

• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are met

• Communicate with clients, architects, and engineers to address any issues or concerns

• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management

• Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule

• Identify and resolve any project conflicts or delays

• Conduct project meetings and maintain accurate project documentation

• Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and profitability Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations

• Excellent project management and organizational skills

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
