As a Construction Manager at ROI, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of high-voltage electrical installation projects from pre-construction through completion. Your role includes managing safety, materials, quality, schedule, estimates, costs, personnel, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on time. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage construction activities on high-voltage electrical infrastructure projects. Lead project planning, scheduling, cost development, and estimating. Collaborate with procurement to ensure materials arrive as scheduled.

Develop and manage relationships with clients and subcontractors in the Electric Power Industry. Ensure all project permits are obtained as required. Approve and communicate project status reports and budget updates.

Coordinate with engineering teams to implement field design changes. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. Qualifications: 10 years of experience in the Electric Power Industry, particularly in managing large-scale EPC projects.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel up to 100% of the time.
