RES navigates and streamlines the environmental permitting process with solutions that balance economic development and ecological sustainability through the establishment of mitigation/conservation banks, permittee responsible turnkey mitigation, and corporate social responsibility projects.

The Construction Manager will supervise personnel and execute plans to develop the mitigation, agricultural and recreational use of the Company's properties, whether those properties are owned or joint developed with outside land owners.


  • Hire, Supervise, and schedule field personnel and equipment in accordance with company policies

  • Manage land owner relations

  • Bid preparation and supervision

  • Hire Subcontractors and negotiate contracts

  • Procure materials and equipment

  • Develop project estimates and budgets

  • Evaluate construction plans during design phase of projects

  • Communicate and require health and safety standards on field operation

  • Establish and implement project plans on a timely basis

  • Secure and maintain company assets including: housing, autos and equipment

  • Ensure accurate timekeeping and equipment logs for daily equipment use


  • 5 or more years working in field operations or civil construction

  • Bachelors Degree preferably in construction, ecological restoration, or agriculture concentration

  • Experience working on natural resource or water resource infrastructure projects

  • Experience with construction estimating associated with restoration projects

  • Able to review and implement construction drawings

  • Ability to provide practical feedback on construction drawings during design phase

  • Contract execution and negotiation experience

  • Thorough knowledge of erosion and sediment control practices and ability to quickly learn regional E&S requirements

  • Experience coordinating and supervising subcontractors and field employees

  • Prior experience with estimation and project management software such as Heavy Bid or Bid to Win or ability to quickly learn a similar software

  • Willing and able to perform and comply with the following items:

  • lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds

  • working outside in harsh and under adverse weather conditions

  • walking long distances

  • Ability to undertake field work that includes, operating ATVs, tractors, skid steers, and trucks with trailers

  • Ability to climb, bend, lift and perform a wide range of physical activities

  • Operate equipment for hours at a time

  • Must maintain a valid driver's license & should be willing to obtain Commercial Driver's License (CDL)

  • The ability to be organized, detail-oriented, quick learning, punctual, self-motivated and work independently to achieve specific goals and with minimum supervision; a willing attitude to undertake all professional tasks necessary to accomplish Company and contract goals

  • An ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally with a diverse group of coworkers, consultants, contractors, clients and regulators

  • Willingness to travel and work outside normal office hours

You will be responsible for scheduling and budgeting activities.  You will work with Clinical Pharmacists and Clinical Specialists and oversee projects including formulary management, policy and procedure development, protocol review and implementation, as well as serving on interdisciplinary committees.  You will be responsible for clinical and process education within the pharmacy department and with other clinical disciplines.  You will participate in performance improvement activities and educates staff about same.  You will Instruct nursing staff on administration of parenteral medications.
