Construction Manager - Industrial Process Mechanical

This is a role in which the successful candidate will coordinate, manage, and oversee activities pertaining to industrial construction projects from start to finish as well as work with customers, design consultants, subcontractors, and engineers to assist in making decisions on behalf of the project team. Ensure projects are constructed and documented in accordance with the contract documents and good engineering practices.

Develop and maintain project cost/change controls, and project budget and accounting records as well as perform change order estimating and assist in change order negotiations. Coordinate and monitor schedule updates, staffing needs, invoices and submittals while communicating project status on a regular basis. Direct and motivate subcontractors and staff engaged in planning and executing work procedures while directing jobsite office operations and procedures.

Collaborate with involved parties to resolve problems, including work procedures and construction or design issues. Ensure safety standards and guidelines are followed on the jobsite and that all safety codes are met in construction. Effectively collaborate with others to delivery a quality product on schedule and within budget.
