Construction Loan Service Rep - More than your bank. Your banker.
M-F 8:00AM - 5:00PM
The Construction Loan Service Rep will administer all types of construction and development loans. They will be responsible for applying all Capital City Bank policies and procedures and provide administrative support for all lending personnel.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for making sure construction loans are in compliance with lending laws and Bank policies.
Set up incoming construction loans. Review all documentation and confirm required information has been provided and is accurate. If not, coordinate the delivery of correct documents to Construction Administration for review.
Receive requests from Borrowers for progressive construction disbursements.
Arrange for inspections of commercial and residential projects.
Review site inspection reports for correctness, percentage completed and the maximum advance that may be approved.
Prepare all disbursement documents.
Identify, research and correct any issues that may arise during the construction process
Provide administrative support for lending personnel.
Maintain multiple reports; gathering data on specs/model/pre-sold status and information on matured loan extensions, etc.

All associates must understand and adhere to the non-negotiable Banker Standards and commit to practicing SGNNT at all times. Associates will consistently follow policies and procedures as established by Capital City Bank, with department managers setting the standard.
Consistently learning about loan procedures and loan documentation.
Consistently learning about construction loan administration.
Provides additional support to manager and department colleagues.
Completes all assigned/required Bank training within established timelines.

The following KSAs are usually acquired through high school education with specialized business training course(s) and two to four years relevant experience:
1.Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
2.Exceptional organizational skills.
3.Detail oriented with a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
4.Proven analytical and math proficiency.
5.Excellent communication skills and client service.
6.Ability to work with little supervision
2.Some overtime, as required.
High school diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of one year of bookkeeping experience or exposure to the lending or accounting areas of the bank. Relevant experience may substitute for the education requirement.
