  • Perform various construction laborer duties

  • Other duties as assigned


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience. We are NOT looking for someone with entry level or minimal experience.

  • General labor experience is a plus, however, will train hard workers with a can-do attitude.

  • Must value and have an appreciation for completing all work duties and assignments safely

  • Must be a team player

  • Willingness to travel to this and other job sites as necessary

  • Must be willing to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned

Basic Qualifications * Proficient in construction contract documents and processes * Familiarity with OSHA regulations * Demonstrated knowledge of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire system installations * Familiarity with preparing and evaluating cost estimates and project schedules at various stages of project maturity from preliminary concept to construction bids * Experience working with contractors and venders throughout all phases of the construction process for projects * Proficient interpretation of company standards and jurisdictional requirements as they apply to design plans and specifications * Proficient in Microsoft Office: Power Point, Excel, Word * Proficient with MS Project, P6, or similar scheduling tool * Proficient in Critical Path Management and/or Critical Chain Project Management. * Demonstrated knowledge of applied schedule compression methods. * Ability to communicate technical data to project team & leadership.
