This position will require frequent travel over the road, with a team, to various events and client sites. Candidates from a carpentry, construction, or scaffolding background would be advantageous.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the safe and efficient installation/removal of equipment in accordance with project specific plans and layouts
  • Inspecting all scaffold components prior to assembly
  • Build and breakdown scaffolds, install ladders, walkways and handrails
  • Clean and prepare construction sites, including removing debris and materials
  • Load and unload equipment and materials form truck and vehicles
  • Study plans and equipment lists prior to on-site installation
  • Ensure appropriate safety measures are followed; including wearing and use of safety equipment
  • Maintain fall protection requirements while erecting / dismantling scaffolds
  • Make sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift
  • Ensure full client satisfaction in relation to the quality of service and finished product within planned time schedules
  • Any other duties and responsibilities the job requires not outlined above

Requirements

Travel:

  • Frequent travel in the US
  • 50% to 90% on the road travel

Required education:

  • High school or equivalent

Requirements:

  • Background Check and Drug screening required
  • Candidates from a Carpentry, Construction, Laboring or Events background preferred
  • Familiar with basic hand tools
  • Must be willing to work at various heights
  • Multitasker
  • Organized and highly detailed
  • Able to lift-up to 75Ibs
  • Candidate should be able to read and understand basic safety instructions
  • May be asked to drive a non-commercial company vehicle
  • Must be capable of working overtime
  • Preferred: Bi-lingual (English/ Spanish)
  • Preferred: Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
  • A Plus: Valid US Passport for potential overseas travel would be a plus

Resolves customer issues in a timely manner and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience. * Models and shares customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including interpersonal habits (e.g., greeting, eye contact, courtesy, etc.) and Walgreens service traits (e.g., offering help proactively, identifying needs, servicing until satisfied, etc.). * Develops strong relationships with most valuable customers by anticipating customer needs and proactively offering services. Leads efforts to enhance customer experience by increasing focus on healthcare services (e.g. patient consultation, medication management, drug therapy reviews, and perform retail, clinical, or wellness services such as immunizations, flu shots, and diabetes awareness) thereby promoting the shift of the pharmacy role from transactional to interpersonal. * Participates and assists in community events as requested by Store Manager or Healthcare Supervisor. Operations * Counsels patients and answers their questions regarding usage of medicine, side effects, interactions, contraindications, patient information privacy, generics, less expensive medicines, over-the-counter products, and refers to medical provider as needed to ensure medication is taken correctly, health needs addressed, and satisfaction with service. * Performs pharmacist tasks including compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management. Reviews, interprets and accurately dispenses prescribed medications when necessitated by workload. * Ensures the pharmacy operates in accordance to regulations, company policies and standards. Responsible for establishing procedures that promotes the efficient workflow of the pharmacy including overseeing the staff scheduling, assigning roles, coordinating activities and soliciting employee suggestions. Basic Qualifications * BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D Degree from an accredited educational institution. * Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district (or willing to obtain in 1 year) per district guidelines. * Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire. * 1 year pharmacy experience in a retail setting including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems and insurance. * Experience performing prescription dispensing activities that demonstrate a strong working knowledge of applicable state and federal controlled substance laws.
