We are seeking a Construction Inspector (CM Inspector) to join our Southern California team! Come join us!

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Daily document work progress

• Prepare monthly progress payment request, track various changes, verify time and material work,

measure and document job quantities

• Have basic computer skills

• Independent worker to set priorities/work effectively and to make decisions with minimal supervision

• Deal effectively with stakeholders, contractors, construction workers, the public

• Candidate must conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times

• Have a thorough knowledge of the methods, materials and techniques of their trade

• Have the ability to inspect their trade in a wide variety of improvements to ensure compliance to

project plans/specifications

• Have the ability to diagnose violations and hazards in new and existing installations and take a proactive approach during construction
