Construction Inspector

Position Title: Construction Inspector

Schedule: M-F, 1st shift

Pay: $25-38, hourly, based on experience

Location:

• Home Office: Rocky Hill

• Traveling to project sites

Position Details:

• Inspects, observes, and documents construction activities for Transportation, Civil and Water/Wastewater projects

• Will need document observations/ creates inspection reports as well as communicate findings to the Project Manager

• Continuously monitors work of team to ensure timely completion of project

• Interacts with clients, contractors, sub-contractors, government agency representatives, and other parties on a regular basis

• Communicates information, responds to inquiries, and helps resolve field issues to ensure successful completion of projects

• Utilizes technical references appropriately for the inspection of structural, concrete, earthwork, building, and mechanical components

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma

• 3+ years experience of construction inspecting

• 1+ years experience with Civil work

• Waste Water experience preferred

• NICET License preferred
