Construction Estimator

Title: Construction Estimator – Luxury Residential (West Palm Beach, FL)

DO YOU WANT

• To live and work in Palm Beach County?
• To estimate both ground-up and renovation projects?
• To work along-side and be cross-trained by the Project Management Team on luxury commercial and residential projects?

YOU MUST HAVE

• Experience as a Construction Estimator with at least two (2) completed Luxury Residential projects starting at $5M+
• Must be able to do routine arithmetic calculations required for estimating and job costing control reports
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture (preferred)
