Title: Construction Estimator –  Public Projects - Local and Federal  (Coral Gables, FL)

DO YOU WANT

• To build your estimating career with a stable well-established firm based in Miami-Dade County?

YOU MUST HAVE

• A passion for preconstruction services within the construction industry
• The ability to interact with sub-contractors and provide them with scope of work and feedback
• Recent experience Surveying and Quantifying materials/assemblies from drawings
• Experience with construction estimating and take-off software
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture a plus

• An 30 years old General Contracting Firm specializing in projects to 50 million for local, state and federal municipalities including ground up and renovation/addition

COMPENSATION

• Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000
• Health, PTO, Annual review and Bonus
