  • Observe construction activities in the field to monitor for general compliance with plans and specifications
  • Complete and file field observation reports on a daily basis
  • Prepare pay estimates for review by the Project Manager/Principal/Partner
  • Projects to be observed may include but are not limited to; Construction of Roadways, Park and Recreation facilities, Sanitary Sewers, Storm Sewers and Water Distribution Systems



  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Engineering Technology
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Reliable transportation and valid drivers license are required for this role
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely


  • NICET Level 3 / Level 4 Certification
  • ACI Level 1 Certification
  • SAT Certification

VIEW JOBS 4/17/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-07-16T00:00 L3 Technologies, Communication Systems East, is currently seeking a Test Methods Engineer for our Camden, NJ office. The Test Methods Engineer is responsible for determining the most efficient and economical method of performing production testing. Other roles and responsibilities include but will not be limited to: * Planning and writing specification test methods. * Adapt or modify existing test equipment. * Design new test equipment and circuits to meet test specification requirements. * Estimate cost of testing and test equipment. * Program and use computers on general and special purpose test equipment for conducting PWA/System tests. * IND * LI-AH1 Requirements: * Associates Degree in Engineering Technology preferably in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science. * Proven ability to develop and implement test software for automated test systems utilized in electronic components manufacturing. * Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment * U.S. Citizenship required. * Ability to attain and maintain a security clearance. Desirable Experience/Education Qualifications/Comments: * BSET, BSEE or BS in Computer Science * Software development/implementations of test programs using JTAG, C , LabVIEW or Visual Basic * GenRad In-circuit test experience. * Familiarity with test systems mechanical rack and component layout design * Demonstrated knowledge of computer based project management tools associated with scheduling and cost monitoring * Working knowledge of MS Office products such as Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint L3 Technologies – Communication Systems-East (L3 CS-East) is a recognized global leader in the design, development and production of secure communication systems and products supporting mission-critical space, ground, air and naval operations.
