They are set to start beginning of January 2022!</strong><br></p><p>As nationwide General Contractor, Thomas Grace Construction specializes in the retail and hospitality industry. We partner with our customers to complete a variety of construction projects and programs. We do everything from large scale rollout programs, remodels, and ground up new stores, to store fixturing programs. TGC's corporate office is located in Stillwater, Minnesota, however, projects take us throughout the entire nation, giving our field employees an opportunity to travel from their current place of residence.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><strong>MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG TEST</strong></li><li>6+ years of supervision experience with a general contractor in the commercial industry, preferably with a focus on retail clients.</li><li><strong>Position will require up to 95% travel and night shift work.</strong></li><li> Must be able to lead and direct a core group of team members and trade partners.</li><li>Proficiency with all aspects of store fixture installation and carpentry is <strong>required</strong>.</li><li>Prior carpentry and equipment operation experience is <strong>highly desired</strong>.</li><li>Ability to meet high pressure deadlines.</li></ul><ul><li> Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to maintain a professional demeanor while working with Owners, Architects, Subcontractors and Employees.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communicate skills.</li><li>Must be able to understand and follow company policies and procedures, safety program, submit prescribed reports, make decisions within assigned responsibilities.</li><li>Must be able to read and understand construction documents, including blueprints and plan-o-grams.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong organizational skills, “can do” attitude. </li><li>Must possess a high level of proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and internet applications.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Employee performance bonus plan that has been up to 25% of annual compensation</strong></li><li>Daily per diem when on out of town assignments</li><li>Company provided credit card</li><li>Company contributes to health, dental, 401(k) and life insurance</li><li><strong>Currently offering signing bonus up to $2000 for successful hires</strong></li><li>Awesome corporate environment with fun company events</li></ul> Thomas-Grace Construction, Inc.
