What You Will Be Doing

Our Consulting Construction Solutions is a leading global provider of commercial management, risk-based advisory, dispute resolution services and strategic communications counsel on complex projects across all construction and engineering industries.

We offer advice on contractual, technical, commercial and management matters, including:

Authoritative assistance on acquisitions and merger integration
The development and delivery of capital programs
Investigation on entitlement and quantification of time and money claims
Compliance, accounting and auditing support, and expert testimony

The Director will:
Analyze and prepare construction claims reports, CPM schedules and/or construction cost information.
Perform dispute related analyses such as delay, impact, differing site conditions, cost and damage as well as lost productivity analyses
Perform detailed project and program reviews for large capital programs
Provide assistance and oversight of large capital projects and programs
Develop project specific financial models and tools
Conduct business process assessments and development of business processes for the successful execution and management of large capital projects
Conduct contract compliance audits
Recruit, train, and mentor a support group of professionals who specialize in construction industry consulting and related litigation support.
What You Need for this Position

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Accounting

  • Primavera Scheduling Software

  • Word, Excel, Access, Project

  • Experience in business development activities

  • Construction Consulting Experience

  • Minimum seven (7+) years experience in construction industry Ideal candidates will hold one or more of the following certifications: licensed professional engineer (PE), certified project management professional (PMP), or certified public accountant (CPA)
    Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, and MS Project

  • High level of quantitative and qualitative research and analytical skills

  • Experience with Healthcare Projects

Looking for well-rounded and detail-oriented PMs who know all construction trades very well and have at least 5 years experience as a Lead PM on commercial type projects with a larger general contractor. These positions are full time traveling positions, meaning that PMs are expected to go from project to project as needed.
