We are adding a Construction Crew based in the Crandon, WI area. We are looking for both a Foreman and several Crew Members. Post frame experience is desired as well as the ability to learn fast, work safe and pay attention to quality at every step of the process.

A valid driver's license is a plus! And when you join our team, you become an owner. Wick Buildings is proud to be employee owned.

We are willing to train the right candidate.

Travel is part of the job but we try to keep you home as much as possible. However, when you do travel, Wick provides the hotel, meal per diem and you ride to the job in a Wick truck while being paid travel time!!

Experience and Skills:

Construct post frame buildings safely, efficiently & with the highest quality; Lift at least 75 pounds; Work at heights of at least 20 feet safely & in full safety compliance; Learn quickly with attention to safety and quality; Work outdoors with some travel away from home; Provide excellent customer service & communication in compliance with all policies & standards; Pass a drug screen & physical

Under direct supervision of a Bank or Market Manager, the successful colleague will be responsible for assisting customers in a dual role focused on delivering exceptional service and quality with every transaction. The Banker will perform teller transactions, service customer needs and resolve issues, and when appropriate proactively sell Associated Bank products to existing customers and prospects. This role will also support the operational integrity of the branch. The colleagues in this role may be asked to work multiple branch locations. This position requires a credit check per 12 CFR Chapter X, Part 1026, Truth in Lending, Regulation Z. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES Acquire new and deepen existing customer relationships by initiating a thorough, quality conversations in order to identify customer needs and matching those needs with the appropriate Bank product or service.
