Construction Coordinator

STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS:

Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills, and/or abilities. To perform this job successfully, the incumbent will possess the abilities or aptitude to perform each duty proficiently.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Proficiency in PROCORE

• Prior experience in project coordination

• Strong communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONIBILITIES:

• Participate in monthly billings

• Organize and track procurement

• Generate internal reporting

• Assist with change order requests

• Assist with vendor paperwork (COIs, W9, etc.)

• Assist with Purchase Orders

• Assist with Payroll related tracking (hours by project, mileage, prevailing wage reporting, etc.)

• Assist with Project Specific requirements (School Clearances, etc.)

• Assist with obtaining Master Electricians Licenses and State Required Business Licenses

• Assist with project compliance paperwork
