OfficeTeam has partnered with a South Phoenix contracting company and is seeking an admin/ office assistant. If you are driven, outgoing, organized and have excellent attention to detail we want to talk to you. ? Scheduling meetings, project due dates, billing, AP, tracking required documents, document requests from subcontractors, etc. ? Sending emails, transcribing notes, faxing, copying, and creating spreadsheets or printing documents. ? Editing and creating new documents, contracts, etc. ? Distribute mass communications to subcontractors ? Tracks/ manages project documentation Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30am-4:30pm Qualification: ?
