  • Observes and inspects work performed by contractors ensuring compliance of specs, drawings, code, and safety.

  • Inspect construction sites for quality and report any variances.

  • Interface with contractors, clients and other ISG team members in a positive & professional manner.

  • Prepare construction documents and records.

  • Determine inspection and testing requirements for the task and perform tests and inspections in a timely manner.

  • Prepare drawings, documents, details, schedules or specifications using programs such as AutoCAD, Civil3D and Arc View GIS.

  • Operate copy, blueprint, and duplication and computer equipment.

  • Assist survey technicians in survey fieldwork.

  • Subscribe to our goals and objectives, including geographic and project-type diversity.

  • Become a complementary member of our team as a whole, and on a project-by-project basis.

  • Work on several projects at one time.

  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Associate's Degree in an accredited Civil Engineering Technology program or Bachelor's Degree in an accredited Civil Engineering program.

  • Ability to travel to various job sites and office locations.

  • Demonstrated ability in the use of programs such as AutoCAD, Civil3D, and ArcGIS.

  • Able to multi-task and establish priorities.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Self-directed and can work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Demonstrated track record of successful past employment.

Job Qualifications: * Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience required. * 8+ years experience in database administration preferred. * Technical skills must include MS SQL Server, Reporting Services, SSIS, SSAS, OLAP, and Data Warehousing. * Other desired skills include ASP, ASP.Net, C#, VBScript, JavaScript, SQL Server 2005/2008, T-SQL, IIS, HTML, CSS, DHTML, XML/XSLT, FTP, and Windows Server 2003.
