our Membership Marketing team as Constituent Relations and Membership Support
Under the direction of the Director of Constituent Relations and Membership Support,
the Constituent Relations and Membership Support Program Manager contributes to
ANA's new member acquisition multi-channel marketing program, which produces at
least $2 million in annual dues revenue and is the primary contributor to net membership growth. Participates in ANA's member engagement and retention programs, which contribute at least $16 million in dues revenue.
What you'll do
acquisition and retention with national efforts; assists C/SNAs with execution of state-based strategy and tactics
engagement and retention efforts to maximize member growth and retention
Directly manages and implements C/SNA marketing and support plans and activities and ANA initiatives focused on the C/SNAs
Works with departmental staff to track C/SNA websites, communications, strategies and alignment with ANA strategies
Manages special state-based projects that further ANA key strategic initiatives that
can benefit from C/SNA integration. Ensuring strong C/SNA integration and communication of ANA strategic initiatives. Coordinates with key stakeholders across the Enterprise to ensure buy-in and accurate project execution of cross-functional projects.
Develops tracking systems to evaluate utility and ROI of Constituent Relations and C/SNA Support provided for membership and generally
Responsible for managing the day-to-day production and execution of membership marketing and constituent relations support projects and programs
What you bring to the ANA
Bachelor Degree required, preferably in marketing, component/chapter relations, English, communications or related field
Strong knowledge of component/affiliate/chapter operations
Strong acumen in creating and monitoring tracking systems and reporting
Strong knowledge in all aspects of marketing, including B2C marketing, social media, trade shows and exhibits, and online/mobile marketing
Strong knowledge of Field Marketing as well as marketing materials production and
Demonstrated experience creating communications and marketing plans and tactics; building and managing brands.
Market and competitive research and analysis
Budget development and forecasting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
Strong writing, verbal and listening communication skills with attention to details
