Kyriba is hiring a Connectivity Consultant. The primary responsibility is managing the delivery of a portfolio of Kyriba implementations in North America. Additionally, administers and ensures compliance with all company standards, policies, and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Management

  • Responsible for delivery against assigned project plans and tasks for implementations

  • Review and ensure that weekly status calls, reports, projects plans, and issue lists are updated and communicated to client

  • Coordinate with Kyriba functional teams (Prod Mgt, Dev, CS, Sales, and Prod Support) to manage client issues in a timely and effective manner

  • Monitor at the project level; budget, schedule, resource allocation, scope, and Client Satisfaction

  • Review and ensure Client Summary status sheet and issue log is updated weekly and project managers of those projects are up to date

Connectivity responsibilities

  • Manage FTP set-up, encryption with application GUI for Host to Host solution

  • Manage configuration for implementing Swift Protocols Fin/FileAct channels

  • Experience in implementing payment format file (X12 / EDI820 / MT101, ISO 20022 Formats) and bank reporting (BAI2, MT940,Camt53/52)

  • Liaison between bank and client managing bank reporting and payment implementation

  • Responsible for analyzing detailed customer issues

  • Serve as liaison between client and internal software development team by creating technical specifications and procedures

  • Testing responsibilities for connections as well as support and training of client on such processes

  • Develop understanding of Cash Management, Cash Positioning and Forecasting, Liquidity Management, Payments and Payment Interfaces

  • Cross training in functional areas of knowledge of the application

  • Maintain Billable utilization at 75% level or above

Customer Satisfaction

  • Champion and encourage the promotion and delivery of practices which drive up Customer Satisfaction through all aspect of the business

Technical Requirements:

  • Administering of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration (FTP,FTPS and SFTP)

  • Experience with implementing Swift related transmission via SAA, Swift Alliance Lite 2

  • Understanding of the encryption technology of PKI and x509

  • Administering NetSuite API

  • Understanding general concepts of SSO, Federation, SAML 2.0, Open ID, SSO architecture and terminology.

  • Experience with ADFS, Oracle Identity Manager or CA SSO a plus

  • Understanding of data flows between Service Providers and Identity Providers.

  • Experience establishing and troubleshooting Identity Provider and Service Provider initiated connections.

Education, Experience and

Skills:
  • Baccalaureate or Graduate degrees in Business, Finance or Information Systems or relevant work experience

  • Strong customer support skills with demonstrated ability effectively dealing with escalated customer concerns

  • Approximately 4+ years' experience with financial products in a sales, support, development, or consulting environment

  • Professional communication skills both verbally and written. Ability to discuss complex issues with banks, partners and Kyriba clients.

  • Previous project/customer management experience

  • Client-focused IT and/or Consulting Professional able to analyse detailed customer issues

  • Must have a solid background and understanding of Cash Management, Cash Positioning and Forecasting, Liquidity Management, Payments and Payment Interfaces

  • Skilled at asking key questions that helps clients to discover their needs, building trust by communicating effectively with clients about status and issues, developing and presenting convincing recommendations that address key client objectives, setting appropriate expectations with client and managing them throughout the project life cycle

The SREs in our group own and manage both the development and production environments. We're primarily responsible for building tools to cater continuous integration, automated software releases, configuration management, and system management. We also drive the use of new technologies and ensure we're collaborating across all SRE teams to identifying reusable tools and solutions, that empower our application teams.
