Connect Crew Members are a student leadership team that are a key part of the Student Engagement and Leadership office. The primary job of a member of the Connect Crew is to be a connection from the office to the student body and student leaders.

This will be a student leadership position within the office and holds a high value in that a person in this position will be tasked with training others and being a face of the office at key events. Connect Crew Members will be involved in all aspects of the Student Engagement and Leadership Office. Responsibilities of the job will include training other students on leadership skills, get connected, and other variety of information.

Other duties will include marketing, social media, presenting to meetings and events, event management, training, and administrative duties. A significant part of this job will be working collaboratively with students, organizations, and offices. Requirements of the position include:

GPA Requirement of 2.5 and be in good academic and judicial standing with the University; must be social, outgoing, high-energy individual who is enthusiastic about Penn State Abington and Involvement; must be a great communicator, comfortable with public speaking, and able to demonstrate and/or educate individuals; Self-Motivator and is willing to approach students, staff or other constituents and feels comfortable interacting with them; excellent written and oral communication skills; demonstrated leadership ability and ability to handle multiple projects; Computer savvy with an understanding of marketing, social media, and online tools; takes initiative and completes projects in a timely manner; dependable, flexible, professional and detailed oriented; Ability to work in a fast-paced office with shared space or no space.
