Job Description

The heart failure nurse is responsible for a designated group of advanced heart failure patients who are seen within the heart transplant and heart failure VAD clinic. This includes fielding telephone calls from patients, arranging home services, seeing the patients in the clinic setting and assisting transplant and VAD coordinators.

This RN position is Monday-Friday, 8 am - 4:30pm. No Weekend or holidays required. It is located at Saint Luke's Hospital.
