Responsibilities: Establish and maintain a configuration management system, Arena, compliant with regulatory, quality, company, and customer (both internal and external) requirements.

Responsible for the creation and management of all hardware configuration projects and planning. Provides guidance and advice on methods, procedures and requirements.

Responsible for change control.

Control design changes will include, but not limited to test results, software/hardware configuration documentation, design history files, CAD files, Bill of Materials and deviations. Regulates the change process so that only approved and validated changes are incorporated into product documents. Ensures configuration identification by reviewing design release documents for completeness, proper authorization and system updates.

Authorizes the release of drawings and software configuration changes throughout the product development process. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure timely implementation of change requests and change orders (CR/COs). Support audits (internal, external, 3rd party) in order to verify that regulatory and quality requirements have been met. Provide work direction and guidance to staff to assure completion of assigned tasks and other duties.

Responsible for procedure reviews and assisting process owners with procedure updates.

Assure that all company personnel are adequate training in the principals, policies, and procedures of the configuration management system.

Requirements:
5 years relevant experience Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) SW tools like Agile or Arena Experience with setting up version control and BoM management Experience with implementing and managing ECO processes in support of product improvement efforts and cost reduction Experience with multi-partner management with distributed responsibilities Experience with FW version control and managing effort with HW manufacturer Experience with Asian market manufacturers Bachelor's in management or equivalent engineering experience Configuration management certification a plus (CMIIC, CMPIC and others) To all Recruitment Agencies:

The Opportunity – HRIS Functional Configuration The HRIS Functional Configuration is a full-time position that reports directly to the IT SVP of Finance, HR, and Legal. The position is responsible for ensuring the streamlined operation of the enabling technology for the HR function. As part of this role, the ideal candidate will understand the key HR processes and business objectives to help partner with HR to meet their organization goals. This position is located in Boston, Massachusetts.
