Provide Configuration Management (CM) support for the Space & Airborne Systems (SAS) business area Largo, Florida. This position performs a wide variety of technical and administrative tasks in support of the Configuration Data Management department. Candidate is responsible for meeting schedule in creating Supplier Technical data packages using STAMP (Supply-chain Technologies for Affordable Manufactured Products) process. STAMP packages be used to support Purchase Orders. Knowledge of drawing relationship structure that make up assembly parts is required. Using proven processes and standard tools, Common Product Data Management, engineering data is statused, tracked and managed throughout the process.

The path to self-verification capability requires knowledge of content, models data and exceptions are understood to ensure complete packages are produced. Additionally this position will provide Configuration Management (CM) support to the Hardware Configuration Managers including but not limited to creating and maintaining product structures (parts lists), maintaining As-Built Records, and supporting engineering Release and Change activities (as-required).

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical environment

  • Ability to understand engineering concepts, read and interpret engineering drawings, understands product structure

  • Product Data Management (PDM) System experience

  • Competency in Microsoft Office products

  • Sense of urgency; ability to meet challenging deadlines

  • Attention to detail

  • US Citizenship

Desired Skills:

  • PTC Windchill Experience, understanding part relationships to Bill-of-materials.

Required Education:

High school, secondary school or equivalent with 8 years of experience.
