The job entails maintaining and managing machine configuration parameters. This includes motor performance parameters.
Ownership of their projects and drive all aspects to completion.
Meet aggressive deadlines consistently and work well independently.

Technical background or education (Likely, something that is cross-disciplined, like industrial engineering).
Extreme attention to detail.
Knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, including PID gains.
Strong knowledge of Excel.
A plus would be any programming experience in something like C#. but not required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
BS in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial engineering or in a closely related major and 3+ years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations in English. Must be able to write technical reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals, and create instructional reference material.
Must have the ability to subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Must be capable to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Must have ability to comprehend and apply concepts relating to geometrical dimensional tolerances. In addition, must have the ability to convert constants and values between differing units of measure. In addition, will need to apply concepts such as, fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Must have the ability to apply principles of logical and scientific thinking as well as work with a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. In the most difficult phases must be able to deal with nonverbal symbolism such as formulas, scientific equations, graphs, musical notes, etc. Must have the ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.
