Leidos has an immediate need for a Configuration Management Analyst on our careC2 program. This position will be based out of our offices in either Morgantown, WV or Columbia, MD

The position is responsible for product design changes and the change effects of the overall system. Duties may include ensuring configuration identification by reviewing design release documents for completeness and proper authorizations and preparing deviations and waivers for board(s) approval for commercial healthcare products.
Maintain careC2 Configuration Management (CM) Plan
Capture and analyze metrics for agile software development
Audit software change procedures, software development, software testing, and software documentation to verify compliance with software CM plans and procedures.
Perform audits, baseline identification, and preparation and control of documentation for software projects.
Participate and capture meeting actions/notes for PI Planning meetings, architecture reviews, configuration control boards, configuration audits, and evaluations of products to ensure proper identification, control, and status accounting of the software baseline.
Coordinates with functional Leads and engineering leadership, Release Train Engineer, and software configuration control to manage approved process and process asset library.
Prepares/inspects deployment documentation packages to include release notes and user material.
Maintain program distribution lists and software licenses database
Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of relevant software configuration management experience.
Master's degree with less than 2 years of relevant software configuration management experience
Agile development methodologies
Experience with using team management tools (e.g.; Atlassian Jira/Confluence),
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with Health field related enterprise applications
