Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems has an opening for a Configuration Data Management Controller 4 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Redondo Beach, CA.
The Conguration Data Management Controller 4 - Floor Analyst, is responsible for being proactive to mitigate potential shortages and coordinate production needs to resolve unforeseen stoppages and implement the shop priorities. This requires day-to-day coordination by the Floor Analyst with the Command Center Analyst, Floor Lead/Test Conductor, program representatives, and other stakeholders to keep production going.
Will coordinate with Transportation for MGSE/EGSE and Flight Hardware moves. Ensure all property is properly updated using NG Property system for all moves. Review engineering documentation, reports, specifications, and drawings to determine material requirements, ensure compliance with engineering specifications, and to ensure engineering orders reflect latest requirements.
Monitor Solumina to ensure production is not stopped, and communicate and coordinate issues. Support audits.
High School Diploma OR General Education Diploma (G.E.D) plus 6 years' experience in Production Control, Inventory or Configuration Management.
Experience in one or more of the following: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Outlook), Solumina or SAP
Fork Lift certified
Experience with AssetSmart & TEAMMS databases
DoD Top Secret or SCI clearance
