Position Description

As the Configuration and Claims Operations (CCO) Optimization Analyst Senior, you will be responsible to support CCO with business transformation efforts by assessing CCO's current business operations and developing recommendations and strategies to improve the efficiency and customer experience. Partner collaboratively across the organization to help improve critical end-to-end processes that need improvement.

Ensure decisions and/or recommendations are communicated timely to stakeholders. Work alongside business and technical teams to increase collaboration and optimize productivity and communication. Ensure requirements and solutions conform to departmental, corporate, industry and government standards as specified.

  • Collaborate with Business Sponsors, Business Owners, Project Team Members, Vendors, and Subject Matter Experts to understand the business problem and needs. Gather and document requirements as well as translate these requirements into high quality solutions.

  • Responsible to identify and implement business and operational processes to improve efficiencies, reduce cost and increase customer satisfaction.

  • Make recommendations to CCO leadership about ongoing improvements to departmental processes, policies, and procedures to increase quality and to ensure the insurance operations and transactional process meet UCare and customer expectations.

  • Participate in formal and informal project teams and lead inter-departmental initiatives as assigned.

  • Lead Communication across CCO business teams, while also ensuring other internal stakeholders are informed of changes that will impact their business. Coordinate with change management resources to ensure a successful roll out of new and/or improved processes.

  • Other projects or duties as assigned.
