The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) is seeking a Configuration and Data Manager to support the Targets and Countermeasures (TC) Program Office.
Will work as part of a Systems Engineering Team in support to the Government Customer for the management of programmatic and technical information and data. Will interact with prime contractor and other government agencies (OGA) to ensure technical data is properly received, disseminated, and archived.
Maintains all program data, files, reports, briefings, drawings and documentation (internal and contractor provided), classified and unclassified
Serves as the recipient of data deliveries from the Government contractor data environments/physical deliveries
Notifies the appropriate Integrated Product Teams (IPT) personnel of the arrival of contract deliverable (CDRL) data
Notifies reviewers of CDRL review requirements, as necessary
Tracks CDRL review progress and feedback
Maintains awareness of the location and type of program data that has been received, cataloged and stored
Assists in data searches for historical documents
Ensures the data storage locations are properly secured, backed up, and safe
Supports Program and Technical Reviews by distributing and maintaining Briefings and Objective Evidence
Participates in contractor Configuration Management Boards
Structures and provides administration, maintenance and access control of TC elements information on MDA Knowledge Online (MKO) Portal and MDA Org data repository
Creates and transfers media for MDA Targets organizations and OGAs
5+ years related experience
Demonstrated experience with operating systems for maintaining electronic information
Working knowledge of Information Technology and configuration management and control methods
Experience with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or Targets and Countermeasures (TC) Program Office desired
Ability to begin performing and operate with minimal supervision
Experience with Microsoft tools (e.g., MS Word, Project, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
Active Secret clearance required
