Our unique ability to integrate a broad range of products and capabilities is our competitive advantage. We are currently seeking a Configuration Analyst for our Park City, UT Location. Responsibilities

  • Planning, managing, and reporting on the documentation created to fulfill TGS and customer configuration and data requirements

  • Perform detailed drawing and documentation review and will be required to interface with all departments supporting the programs including Program Management, Engineering, Quality, and other functions concerning the initial release and formal changes to the documentation

  • Required to hold the program to established configuration processes

  • Chair change management process

  • Prepare documentation (e.g. agendas, presentation materials, actions, minutes) and audio/visual tools in support of the Configuration Control Board (CCB) and Change Review Board (CRB)

  • Manage change control process

  • Verify engineering changes are authorized prior to release

  • Process documentation submitted by subcontractors

  • Prepare and maintain standard work instructions

Qualifications

  • Associates degree or related experience

  • Formal configuration management training is a plus

  • Experience using Microsoft office products (WORD, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Experience using Adobe Professional

  • Demonstrated ability to read engineering documentation (e.g. drawings, specifications, reports)

  • Familiar with data management systems (PDM/PLM software)

  • Experience with ERP management

  • 3 years of experience working in configuration management with a firm understanding of current aerospace principles and practices

  • Good customer interface skills for coordination of approval of technical data packages

  • Familiar with computer aided drafting software such as Solidworks, Catia, Creo, or Unigraphics. Experience using 3D modeling software in a professional environment is a plus

  • Understanding of AS9100 requirements as they relate to configuration management. Understanding of SAE EIA-649 is also desirable

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with little supervision

  • Demonstrated innovation and/or problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Detail oriented but able to understand the big picture

VIEW JOBS 2/15/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-05-15T00:00 REPORTS TO: Sr. Manager / Manager, FP&A BUSINESS/COMPANY/DEPARTMENT: Finance / FP&A LOCATION: Park City, SLC Our Financial Analysts report on and analyze financial results across Backcountry's suite of ecommerce sites. Ongoing reporting and performing ad hoc analysis as well as other support is required. Financial Analysts also assist in budgeting, forecasting and treasury. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Produce accurate financial reports and daily dashboards. * Build and update financial models and budgets and perform ad hoc data inquiries as needed * Work with business intelligence tools to extract relevant data as needed. Work with BI team members to gather data as required. * Demonstrate working knowledge of concepts and principles of business metrics and analyses, including their application to effective reporting and analysis. * Responsible for financial storytelling in monthly, quarterly and annual reporting processes. NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Stay current on retail industry trends and developments; stay current with the latest analytics trends and developments. * Discuss trends with FP&A team members and make recommendations as appropriate. * Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES: * Four-year college degree or equivalent experience is required. The preferred degree path is economics, finance, accounting, mathematics, or business administration. * 1-3 years of professional experience. * Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills required. * Must be curious and interested in learning FP&A. * Proficient Microsoft Office skills in Word and Outlook required. * The ability to understand and read financial budgets, reports, models, and data is required. * Basic understanding of financial reports and preparation of dashboards is required. * Prior experience working with Oracle Business Intelligence and Adaptive Planning and NetSuite a plus.
