The Conference Clerk provides administrative and clerical support to the Conference Specialist to support administrative responsibilities associated with conferences and special events.
  • Update/maintain Excel spreadsheets
  • Archive conference documents in Electronic Archive System
  • Order furnishings for conference booths and communicates with vendors/conference organizers
  • Prepare and pack conference equipment for shipment
  • Maintain inventory and orders CDP Conference materials and supplies to support conferences, speaker requests, and
  • additional requests from individuals/states
  • Compile statistical data for conference/speaker monthly reports
  • Maintain accurate records for purpose of reconciliation of corporate credit card
  • Work effectively independently and with a team and is respectful of colleagues
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures; meets established deadlines
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continued professional growth and development
  • Accept constructive criticism and is receptive to changes in the work environment
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on displays before/after conferences
  • Attend conferences as booth attendee as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field preferred. High school graduate or GED equivalent and work experience in
  • related field will be considered in lieu of degree
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Database, Excel)
  • Must possess and exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in SharePoint
  • Ability to lift, turn and carry material (up to 75 lbs)
  • Must have shipping experience through Fed-Ex, UPS and USPS
  • Knowledge of CDP classes
  • Willing to travel in support of conferences

Off days: Tuesday and Saturday Start time: 5:30 am – until ? Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities: * Sorts all grocery/non-conveyable pick tickets by wave and then aisle and non-conveyable tickets by store. * Assigns and reassigns work based on work demand as instructed by the Supervisor to ensure timely departure of trucks. * Directs selectors on proper pick sequence. * Verifies all large quantity counts. * Works with Sorter Operator to complete wave and meet truck departure times. * Sorts cluster reports by wave, aisle and workload in GM. * Prints performance reports and runs day-end reports. * Responds promptly to e-mails and telephone calls, demonstrating consideration and courtesy. Job Requirements: * Must be a high school graduate. * Knowledge of Grocery and GM selection, ensuring timeliness and completion of waves before departure times a plus. * Knowledge of the SUPERVALU mainframe systems a plus. * Must be able to read and understand product description, product codes, slot numbering and net invoicing information. * 10 key skills. * Ability to work in fast paced, warehouse environment. * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office – specifically Excel. * Prior warehouse clerical experience.
