Conference Center Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic professional individual with an excellent background and experience of 3+ years in event planning/conference support as a Conference Center Coordinator located in our Houston, TX office. This role requires flexibility in the work schedule as well as ability to coordinate with various parties/entities to ensure full compliance is met on all requested meeting events, including scheduling, pre-prep & post clean up, etc. The ideal candidate must be detailed oriented with a focus in customer service. Hourly Compensation: $29.00 - $30.00 USD per hrly (DOE)

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM (may include some evenings and weekends)

Responsibilities

The Conference Center Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating with various parties/entities to ensure full compliance is met on all requested meeting events, including scheduling, pre-prep & post clean up, etc. Additional responsibilities include:

• Oversee conference room setups per scheduled specifications

• Ensure meeting rooms are cleaned and prepped before and after meetings

• Coordinate and arrange for all meals (breakfast and/or lunch) including vendor deliveries

• Provide support and backup to office manager
