GID and Windsor is involved in a variety of asset classes and real estate disciplines, and pursues opportunities. The company is engaged in all aspects of real estate investment, ownership, and operation and has divisions that specialize in development, acquisitions, real estate investment funds and separate accounts, real estate hedge funds, property management, portfolio and asset management, and advisory services.
Responsibilites include but are not limited to:
Manage applications for sales, transfers, leases, subleases, refinances, and alteration oversight.
Manage each process from start to finish to ensure accuracy.
Be primary liaison between the board, the Condo owner, attorneys, brokers, lenders, architects, engineers, etc.
Schedule all Condo board meetings.
Communicate with all Board members.
Schedule Tower moves.
Liaison between Condo Owners and Board.
Manage Condo amenity reservations above ground.
Facilitate Unit acceptance upon sale.
Schedule, attend, and send notices for annual and monthly meetings.
Handle owner relations, service requests, and complaints.
Communicate and facilitate outside audit, accounting and legal.
Other duties may be assigned.
Bachelor of Science or Arts.
Must offer exceptional client service skills and have the ability to multi-task.
Must be goal oriented & highly energized.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to articulate recommendations in a clear, concise, and informed manner.
Willingness to take ownership and accept responsibility of projects.
Outstanding orientation for customer-service (and an affinity for helping others).
Strong attention to detail.
Strong organization and time management skills, ability to work independently.
