CONCRETE FOREMAN

CCI is currently seeking a full-time Concrete Foreman. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for leveling and finishing freshly poured concrete while supervising crews/workers in accordance with commercial and industrial project specifications and company procedures.

Main Duties/Responsibilities: Organize, lead, and supervise concrete crews, tasks, and material needs on a daily/weekly basis.

Ensure project budget, schedule, and quality requirements are met. Properly set forms and safely operate equipment and machinery.

Qualifications: High School diploma or GED.

Minimum of 4-years experience and knowledge of commercial construction including blueprint reading and safety requirements. Candidates must also be able to travel, have a valid driver's license and be legal to work in the United States. Completion of Apprenticeship Program is preferred.
