Concrete Finisher Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide high-quality finishes to concrete surfaces in commercial projects. Key Responsibilities Smooth and level freshly poured concrete surfaces using various tools and techniques Apply finishing techniques such as stamping, staining, or polishing to enhance the appearance of the surface Repair any imperfections or cracks in the surface and ensure that the finished product meets quality standards Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment Qualifications Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher, with a strong understanding of commercial concrete finishing Proficiency in Concrete Finishing techniques and experience with Concrete Forms and Pouring Ability to perform Concrete Inspection and familiarity with Foundations and Electrical Projects Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work in a team environment and follow established safety procedures High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines Benefits Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
