Concrete Dispatch Representative/Customer Service

Maschmeyer Concrete Company of Florida is currently seeking an eager and dependable Dispatch / Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lake Park, Florida.

The Dispatch / Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering incoming customers' calls, scheduling deliveries of concrete to satisfy customers' needs, process customers' payments, and maintain adequate communication with Delivery Professionals.

Prior experience in the concrete and/or construction industry is preferred, but not required.

Dispatch / Customer Service Required Skills and Abilities:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Knowledge of ready-mix concrete and concrete block; preferred

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Intermediate computer skills; including Microsoft Office

• Willingness to learn

Dispatch / Customer Service Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Assist customers to place orders

• Efficiently respond to customers' calls and emails

• Suggest products to meet customers' needs

• Process customers' payments

• Resolve customer concerns

• Maintain communication with Delivery Professionals and Plant Managers

• Bilingual (Spanish); preferred

• Availability: Monday - Saturday
