The Penhall Company, has an immediate opening for Experienced Concrete Cutting Operator to join our team. Must have a minimum of two years core drilling, concrete sawing, cutting and/or removal experience.

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Strong mechanical abilities

  • 1 - 2 years minimum concrete cutting experience requried

  • Safety Oriented

  • Willing to work hard

  • Willing to learn

  • Able to lift & move 45lbs or more

  • Willing to work in weather conditions that may be adverse (hot/cold/rain)

  • Mathematical aptitude helpful (willing to train measurements & calculations)

Requirements:

  • Pass a required pre-employment drug screen & random

  • Pass a pre-employment background record (7 years) & periodical checks

  • Must possess a valid unrestricted driver's license and have a good driving history

  • Ability to work days/nights/weekends or out of town if necessary

  • Required to adhere to all safety rules and regulations

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Must have steel toe leather work boots

  • Solid experience with concrete sawing, cutting and/or removal

  • Proficiency in any or all of the following diamond or demolition tools: wall saw, core drill, flat saw, handsaws, ring saws and/or compressor tools

The Integrated Claims Call Center (ICCC) has an opening for a motivated Financial Crimes Supervisor 1 responsible for supervising team members who provide quality customer service to our ATM/Debit Card and ACH Check fraud customers. The Supervisor 1 position will supervising the workflow and quality of the Financial Crimes Specialists and resolving complex claims and handling escalated customer calls. Job responsibilities may include: * Conducting monthly 1:1's, team meetings, fostering career progression. * Writing and conducting of staff performance evaluations. * Evaluation and implementation of departmental performance standards. * Development and implementation of standardized work processes across the department. * Matrix management of budget dollars. * Participate and/or manage related departmental projects. * Participating in audit/exam preparations, as well as managing business safety and soundness through day-to-day risk management. As a Team Member Manager, you are expected to achieve success by leading yourself, your team, and the business. Specifically you will: * Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them. * Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.
