Concrete Crew Leader
Concrete Crew Leaders are responsible for performing a variety of skilled tasks for our commercial clients which include tearing out material, forming, pouring and finishing concrete, and utilizing your knowledge of concrete and asphalt. Crew Leaders are given attainable goals while leading their crew to accomplish daily work. They are responsible to prepare, care, and operate company equipment as well as direct and develop their crews to ensure quality performance. This is a full-time, year-round career opportunity that transitions into snow removal tasks in the winter.

Desired Skills & Qualifications
Concrete Crew Leader: Minimum of 3 years' experience working in the landscape industry, concrete, and/or supervisory experience is required. Knowledge of concrete and/or asphalt is required. Driving a dump trailer, skid steer, or excavator experience is required.
Requirements:
Crew Leader: Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Chauffeur's license and DOT prior to driving a company vehicle.
Ability to bend, squat, and lift (min 50 pounds) for long periods of time.
Able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions for an extended period.
Able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
