Our hospitality team is adding a Concierge to the team! The Concierge will provide on-site guests with specialized services to heighten the JUSTIN Experience. This position is responsible for taking reservations for the JUST INN, The Restaurant, Tours, Seminars, and Private & Group Tastings as well as thoroughly responding to phone and email inquiries. The Concierge is also responsible for tending to JUST INN guests by providing property tours and breakfast service. This is a guest-facing, detail-oriented position that is key to maintaining our many accolades. Job Description

• Be the liaison for on-site guests and manage reservations for the JUST INN Bed & Breakfast, winery tours, tastings, restaurant, and events

• Utilize multi-tasking skills to execute all reservations on our digital reservation platform

• Maintain calendars for tours, large groups, and seminars and report on occupancy levels as requested by management

• Book lunch, dinner and event reservations with detailed notes (noting guest needs and dietary restrictions) for the Michelin/Forbes restaurant team

• Send appropriate confirmation material to guests

• Serve breakfast in the morning as scheduled by the manager

• Perform all types of concierge services, including acquiring event tickets, arranging guided tours of wine country, coordinating transportation, and providing food and wine recommendations

• Use a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to and understand requests, and respond with appropriate actions and information

• Ensure premises are well-kept and presentable and host as needed to ensure a welcoming environment

• Ensure guests have an exceptional experience, continuously going above and beyond to meet their needs

• Assist with the ideation of new concepts for guest experiences

• Ensure the Inn and Housekeeping staff operate safely and comply with company policies and laws

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role. Experience in the wine industry a plus

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regularly scheduled basis

• Demonstrated ability to consistently go above and beyond to guarantee exceptional guest experiences

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; promptly and clearly respond to phone calls and emails with high-level service

• Prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently, and develops realistic action plans

• Ability to remain calm and alert during busy periods and emergencies

• Competency in Microsoft Office & POS systems: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Open Table, and Tock

• Basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing

Pay Range: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills and experience.
