What were looking for:

We are seeking a Concierge team member who is highly customer-centric, empathetic, creative, and organized. This individual will serve as the primary point for residents and should be passionate about enhancing the resident experience and local community. This position is highly visible and requires a warm demeanor, collaborative spirit, and impeccable follow-through.

What youll be doing:

  • Monitor entrances, exits, and all activity in front lobby; maintain visitor and vendor logs.

  • Manage package room Log, organize, and distribute packages.

  • Document and communicate incidents/accidents at the property to the leadership team.

  • Be readily available to resolve any problems or dissatisfaction of the residents, within company policy.

  • Take maintenance requests, as needed.

  • Hand out team member business cards and gather information for follow up (after office hours only).

  • Provide access to the community for residents guests, deliveries, and other special requests from management and/or residents with prior written approval.

  • Provide firsthand knowledge of the local area and our community. Make recommendations about activities, local businesses, and services to ensure residents and guests have a positive experience that meets their needs.

  • Accommodate residents with lifestyle services that tailor to their needs like grocery, flower and furniture deliveries, utility assistance, transportation services, dinner reservations, dry cleaning, house cleaning, car washing, etc.

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and promoting resident social events.

  • Be proactive about solving problems, even if its outside of your area, and be ready to take on additional initiates and responsibilities as they emerge.

  • Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Required:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.

  • High school or GED required.

  • Customer-centric with a warm demeanor, positive attitude, and impeccable follow-through.

  • Ability to work independently and with a team.

  • Ability to plan and prioritize efficiently and motivate/lead team members.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines/interruptions.

  • Strong written and oral communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of the city; knowledge of the local transportation options to include public and private transportation options.

  • Technically savvy with technology, i.e. smartphones and computers.

  • Computer proficiency included but not limited to Microsoft Office.

Physical Demands:

  • This position involves regular walking, standing, sitting for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking.

  • May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching.

  • May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment, and viewing computer monitor for extended periods of time.

  • Involves manual dexterity for using a keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.

  • May involve moving or lifting items at or about 40 pounds.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on company needs.

  • Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
