Liberty Cares With Compassion Liberty Senior Living#is currently seeking the following: CONCIERGE SERVICE MANAGER Full Time Job Summary: Directs, coordinates and supervises all concierge service and transportation personnel Manages departmental budget. Sets positive attitude, tone and atmosphere for the Concierge Services Department. Must treat each employee, visitors, your supervisor and residents with courteousness and respect. Prepares and monitors the work schedule for the front desk staff, transportation staff and contracted overnight security personnel.# Ensures adequate personnel are on duty for each shift.# Monitors absenteeism, overtime, and PTO. Ensures open communication between self, immediate supervisor, employees, and residents, Executive Director as well as between other department staff. Responsible for hiring the front desk and transportation staff. Trains and oversee all new contracted overnight security team members# Conducts orientation for all new residents on concierge services. Prepares and delivers job performance evaluations for concierge and transportation employees in accordance with company polices and returns to the Executive Director. Initiates disciplinary action of concierge and transportation staff following established policies and procedures.# Ensures there is proper documentation of all wellness staff performance issues. Provides the orientation and training of concierge employees per facility policy and monitors ongoing performance. Provides the orientation and coordinates training with home office for transportation employees per facility policy and monitors ongoing performance. Assists in maintaining and updating job descriptions and employees records. Responsible to ensure supplies and equipment are adequate, stored and maintained properly and available to staff to provide for efficient department performance.# Ensures that staff are trained and knowledgeable of how to use technical equipment in the concierge department.# Is knowledgeable of Infection Control and Standard Precautions and ensure concierge and vehicles are sanitized per policy. Assist with marketing and fundraising (i.e. Schedule events and sponsorships throughout the year). Maintain good communication skills with all departments as well as residents. Maintain confidentiality of medical information and/or contact information. Works in any position in department if needed for coverage and performs other duties as assigned by Executive Director. Job Requirements: Must have a valid Driver#s License in good standing. Must have or obtain a class C CDL endorsement within first 3 months of employment. Must be a team player with a positive and considerate attitude. Must be a High School graduate. Must be organized and able to handle multiple tasks at one time. Must sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Must be able to work well under pressure. Must be able to problem-solve. Must be willing to perform various functions. Must read, know, follow and explain personnel, department, and facility policies as they pertain to the technical operations and front desk responsibilities.
