Great Opportunity

The Concierge is the face of the front office and is the first point of contact for the majority of our residents and clients. The Concierge is responsible for overseeing the main lobby, greeting and recognizing residents coming home, while also directing guests to their appropriate destinations. Key responsibilities include receiving, processing, and tracking incoming packages from carriers, delivering packages to residents' doors daily, assisting with inquiries related to deliveries and building services, and collaborating closely with building management and maintenance teams to ensure smooth daily operations. This position is scheduled from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in a Concierge or related position.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Highschool Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Polite and professional approach and excellent customer service skills.
