Concierge | Receptionist

As our Concierge/Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face and helpful voice that greets our patients and visitors. This role requires a unique blend of customer service excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and direct patients, visitors, and team members upon arrival
• Manage multiple phone lines, answering calls promptly and professionally
• Check-in patients, verifying and updating their information in our system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Assist with various administrative tasks
• Provide general information about our community and services
• Handle patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
• One-year of experience as administrative support preferred
• Previous experience in customer service or healthcare reception
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional multitasking skills without compromising on accuracy
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities throughout the day

Salary range: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour, with final offer reflecting the candidate's demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and professional background.
