About the job As part of our clinical team, youll be responsible for delivering clinical care to our patients which includes virtual telehealth appointments and in-person appointments at the patients home. This is not traditional home health as you know it but serving patients with outpatient needs in the home. Why work with us Work when you want:

You can practice from your home or any place of your choosing What youll do Provide treatment, plan of care, and exercise prescription for patient caseload Consistently ensure a world-class level of clinical care and patient experience Document all treatments provided in our EMR Communicate via chat with patients as needed Able to commit to a minimum of 8 hours/month in either an in-home or telehealth setting What youll need Licensed Physical Therapist with 3 years of clinical experience (preferred) Completed state regulated CEU requirement in Massachusetts CPR certification Demonstrated excellent written/verbal communication skills and virtual bedside manner Excited to build and deliver a new model for achieving better clinical outcomes Creative and flexible, but always puts the patient first Excellent at forging successful and respectful relationships with the entire team Bonus: Home health or Telehealth experience Job Type: PRN or Per-Diem Pay:
