We are looking for a Concierge for our Paravel location. This community has 246 units and is located in Eden Prairie, MN.
As the Concierge you are responsible for providing high quality customer service to residents and guests. Coordinates various services/programs and is a resource to residents regarding the local market.

Schedule: Mondays 9 a.m.-6 p.m. & Fridays 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
Responsibilities:
(included, but are not limited to)
Welcomes residents, guests, and vendors as they enter the office. Ensure any questions and/or needs are met
Helps residents schedule and reserve amenity services
Maintains a level of security by monitoring guest traffic, parking ramp, fire alarm, and cameras. Keeps a daily log of events and report concerns to management
Develop and implement resident events
Answers phone calls and forwards callers to the appropriate parties
Assist with completed service request call backs as necessary
Assists residents with checking in or out luggage carts
Manages all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents of deliveries within 24 hours
Maintains tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and/or other services provided by the community
Keeps detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, delivery places, and other relevant information that may be of interest to residents. Maintains relationships and contacts with concierge vendors
Books elevator for move ins, move outs, and furniture deliveries
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
6+ months of customer service or related experience preferred
Computer proficiency, including MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations preferred
Physical Demands: The job is periodically sedentary, but requires mobility (i.e. climbing stairs or squatting) to tour and inspect apartments/communities. Involves sitting, walking, or standing for prolonged periods of time and stooping for brief periods of time. There is some repetitive motion of the hands and wrists associated with using a computer.
