Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet all facility customers with a smile, providing top customer and compassionate service.
Coordinate room readiness prior to an admission.
Anticipate needs and welcome admitted guests and their families with exceptional customer service skills.
Communicate "what to expect" at time of admission.
Collaborate with departments to meet specific preferences of all guests.
Extend a warm and caring approach to all patients with a respect for the diversity of all we serve.
High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
Minimum of one (1) years related experience.
CNA certified preferred but not required.
