CHG’s latest project in Morristown, NJ involves managing multiple food and beverage outlets within a sustainably built, mixed-use property. These outlets include a ground-floor restaurant, conference catering, pantry services, and pop-up concepts.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Guest Services Associate to manage workplace hospitality services within a luxury workplace in Morristown, NJ. As the first point of contact for guests in the building, you will play a critical role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a warm demeanor, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accuracy in all registration details
  • Address guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the workplace, local attractions, and services
  • Communicate effectively with the culinary team, housekeeping, maintenance, IT, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Maintain the high standards of cleanliness and proper appearance throughout all areas of the workplace hospitality venues
  • Handle guest complaints or issues calmly and professionally, escalating to management when necessary
  • Provide solutions for unforeseen challenges, assist team members with administrative tasks or guest requests as needed
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements

Requirements

What We Need From You:

  • An eagerness to continue to learn and grow
  • A strong hospitality mindset with great attention to detail
  • Experience in a guest-facing hospitality role preferred, but not necessary
  • A collaborative and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments
  • Available to work 6am to 6pm, Monday through Friday with flexibility to occasionally work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed
  • Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift objects up to 30 pounds
  • English fluency and additional languages preferred, but not required
  • Strong computer skills and basic knowledge of A/V systems and conferencing technology is a plus but not required
